This template is used to sign Files with it.

If you upload a file that is considered Public Domain should it be labeled with this License.

Common Examples of Public Domain Objects:

• Simple shades, forms and similar.
• Owner of File is dead since over 70 years.
• The Author themself made it Public Domain.
